LIAM MARIN
Liam, a native of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands, brings a unique perspective to the legal field. His journey began at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy. Eager to delve deeper into the intricacies of law, Liam pursued his legal education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he also graduated cum laude.
During his time in law school, Liam had the privilege of externing with the City of Detroit Civil Rights, Inclusion, and Opportunity Department.
Additionally, Liam served as a student attorney with the Great Lakes Environmental Law Society—as part of UDM’s legal clinical program. Here, he honed his skills, delving into environmental law, advocating for sustainable practices, and navigating complex legal landscapes.
As an experienced civil litigator, Liam’s practice spans various areas. While family law remains his primary focus, he also tackles probate, personal injury, contract disputes, and business court matters. His versatility allows him to address a wide range of legal issues, always with an eye toward fairness and access to justice.
Liam’s unwavering dedication to making a positive impact drives him forward. Whether in the courtroom or through community outreach, he strives to create a more just and equitable world.
Liam resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan but manages cases across the state. Liam is licensed to practice in State and Federal Court, and his bar admissions include the State of Michigan, and the Federal Eastern District of Michigan.
